The Assignments:
There will be several projects that each of you must complete in order to receive the credit hours this semester for this class. We will confer at least 3 times (minimum) during the semester. Meetings should take place at beginning of the semester, at midterm and at the end of the semester. You can also contact the Instructor anytime during the semester with any questions or additional meetings.
All work must be done on the deadlines that the Instructor provides.
All work must also be printed and archived on a CD/DVD at the request of the Instructor.

Fresh Jewish Music
Description:
AJMF is the preeminent producer and promoter of live, contemporary Jewish music experiences in Atlanta, providing opportunities for musicians and audiences to deepen their connection to Jewish music, culture and each other. While connecting Atlanta to the global Jewish music renaissance, AJMF will foster a more vibrant Jewish community throughout the SE.

Poster Design for upcoming 2012 Art Festival in Decatur.

-MODA Exhibition “Skate it or Hang it”
Meeting with curator on Monday, January 30th at 11:30 at MODA if you want to attend. Juniors are working on this assignment that will create logo, brochure and press kits (possibly videos)

**-Milton Glaser
“This is what I have learned”
20 page printed zine/folio that uses Milton Glaser’s words as the background and inspiration for this
publication. The design is up to you however it must contain the entire lecture that Milton Glaser gave at the AIGA Convention on March 23, 2002.

You can introduce illustration, photos, collage, drawings, or any other visuals you wish to express and
Visualize his words. It might be archival photos of Milton Glaser mixed in with your own sense of style and concept. It will ultimately be printed and bound with a cover and appendix.
The Scale is 11x17 (then folded)
